Pinzgau Milch -
Your Partner for Brand Strength
Our tradition of innovation: Developing new, unique products and the filling of standard recipes are the two core competencies of Pinzgau Milch. We combine many years of experience with expertise to personally accompany you from the idea to the finished product. Working in close cooperation with our customers, our experienced product developers conceptualize and design both tried and tested as well as completely new, high-quality products. These can be test-run in our own pilot plant.
Milk, yoghurt, smoothies, functional drinks, protein shakes or supplements as well as non-dairy products such as soy, almond and oat drinks: Our wide product range allows creative scope and market-oriented possibilities.
Technical Equipment
New product ideas require innovative packaging technologies to implement them. Our modern facilities at Pinzgau Milch are equipped with two fully aseptic HDPE-bottling plants, two yogurt fillers as well as two milk bottling plants. For immaculate handling, a fully automatic palletizing system is available.
Packaging options
Packaging is more than just preserving a product or making it easy to store and transport. The perfect outer shell is an argument in sales and, as such, an important tool in marketing. At Pinzgau Milch, we are well aware of this and offer a large variety of packaging options in different sizes and shapes.
HDPE
We offer 100 % recyclable HDPE bottles, which are manufactured with 30 % recycled materials. These are available in sizes 200, 250, 330, 470 and 500 ml and as mono-, 3- and 6-layer bottles to ensure different shelf lives of up to 18 months at room temperature (5–25 °C). Rills increase packaging stability and improve handling for consumers.
To comply with EU regulations and improve sustainability, we also offer tethered caps (T-Caps) in HDPE. Which remain attached to the bottle after opening, reducing environmental impact and supporting easier recycling.
Sleeve
The bottles are sleeved with shrinkable OPS and PET sleeves adapting to the bottle shape. With our shrink sleeve that fits perfectly when heated, all labelling requirements can be fulfilled. Individualization can be obtained by using different cap colours and lid stickers. A perforation for simple sleeve separation is also possible, supporting easier recycling.
Elopak
The most favorite packaging for dairy products is still the Elopak carton. We offer this practical gable pack with or without screw cap in the sizes 0,5 l, 0,75 l and 1 l.
Cup
Well-established: At Pinzgau Milch, we offer cups in differing sizes from 125 g to 500 g and with a diameter of 75 mm or 95 mm. For cups with 95 mm diameter, we offer snap-on lids that allow for additional fillings such as cereals. In addition, we provide drinking lids, which are ideal for on-the-go consumption and can be combined with straws or drinking spouts – perfect for drinking yoghurts and other liquid products.
Tray
It’s packaging for the packaging: Ideal conditions for transport and refrigerator resistance are the basic prerequisites of our trays. Depending on the size of the bottles, there are trays for 6, 8, 10 or 12 pieces. These are available in a neutral white, full carton wrap-around, or can be customized on request. The trays can be welded in foil and are provided with an EAN 128 code and batch return tracking number. Goods dispatch is on standard Euro-pallets.
